Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeployBuilds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual developers and members of development teams.

2. Description of Service

DeployBuilds is a mobile build distribution platform designed for development teams. The Service allows you to:

• Upload iOS (.ipa) and Android (.apk) build files, which are stored in your own Google Drive.
• Manage builds with versioning, release notes, and organized dashboards.
• Generate shareable download links and QR codes to distribute builds to testers.
• Optionally protect builds with passwords and configure link expiry.
• Upload builds and generate public install links or restrict access to team members only. Invite teammates and collaborate with notes and reviews (included on the free plan).
• Receive build notifications via Slack integration (premium, requires paid credits).
• Automate uploads via API keys and CI/CD pipeline integration (premium, requires paid credits).
• Purchase credits via Razorpay to unlock premium features such as larger uploads, Slack, CI/CD, and AI-assisted release notes.

3. Account & Authentication

You must sign in using a valid Google account to use DeployBuilds. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You must not share your DeployBuilds API keys with unauthorized parties. Any actions taken using your account or API keys are your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, distribute, or store any malicious software, malware, or code designed to harm devices or users.
• Distribute pirated, unlicensed, or illegally obtained applications.
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the platform to send spam, phishing content, or unsolicited communications.
• Resell or commercially redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.

5. Your Content & Data

You retain full ownership of all build files and data you upload to DeployBuilds. Since build files are stored in your own Google Drive, you maintain direct control over them. We store metadata (app names, versions, release notes, timestamps) to power the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and distribute. By using the Service, you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and share the builds you distribute through DeployBuilds.

6. Google Drive Integration

DeployBuilds uses the Google Drive API to store your build files. By using the Service, you authorize DeployBuilds to create a "DeployBuilds" folder in your Google Drive and upload build files to it. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings, however, doing so will prevent DeployBuilds from functioning properly.

7. API Keys & CI/CD Access

When you have an active premium plan (paid credits), you may generate API keys for programmatic access (e.g., CI/CD pipelines) from Settings → Integrations → GitHub CI/CD → API Keys. API keys carry the same permissions as your account. You are responsible for keeping them secure. You must revoke or delete compromised keys immediately. DeployBuilds is not responsible for unauthorized usage resulting from leaked keys.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep DeployBuilds available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by downtime.

9. Plans, Credits & Upload Limits

The free plan includes unlimited uploads subject to a per-build file size limit, plus public or team-only install links and team collaboration (invites, notes, and reviews). Premium features (CI/CD integration, Slack notifications, AI-assisted release notes, larger build uploads, and custom link expiry) require paid credits. Credits are purchased through Razorpay and are deducted only after a successful upload. Current limits and your plan status are visible under Settings → Features and Settings → Billing.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your build files remain in your Google Drive since you own them.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or configurations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeployBuilds and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, build files, or business opportunities.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
